Counseling in the Rockies

Welcome to my practice. I offer a supportive and safe environment in which we work together to help you regain the serenity and balance that may have gotten lost. People seek therapy for any number of reasons – depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, difficult or unresolved issues from childhood, relationship discord, addiction – and I help them.

I offer counseling and therapy for those living in Larimer and Boulder counties, and the Northern Colorado/Front Range region in general. I am passionate about working with those people who are ready to pursue new ways of relating and changing old patterns.
